Portglenone man before court for wrongfully claiming benefits of £348

A Portglenone man has been given a 12-month conditional discharge after claiming benefits totalling £348 while failing to declare employment.
Stephen Martin, 30, of Ballymacombs Road claimed Housing Benefit and Jobseekers Allowance of that amount.
He was also ordered to pay court costs of £38 and must repay any outstanding money wrongfully obtained to the Social Security Agency.
